1. Project introduction:
POSCO Co., Ltd. - VIETNAM Corporation POSCO (South Korea), one of the largest steel corporation in the world to invest in Vietnam. Factory has an area of 130ha, located in Phu My II Industrial Zone, Tan Thanh, Ba Ria Vung Tau. Posco steel factory was started from April 8-2007, with total registered capital of 1.13 billion by Korea's Posco corporate investment, the total capacity of the plant is 1.2 million tons of steel per year. The project was divided into two phases, which in 2007-2009 Posco will invest 361 million dollars to build steel mill with a capacity of 700,000 tons of cold steel / year and phase two from 2009-2012, the Posco from the mill and hot galvanized steel with a capacity of 3 million tons per year. The main products of the plant are high-grade steel products, for industrial production of automobiles, motorcycles, engineering machinery manufacturing. 2.
